Check-In & Review
When you arrive, our friendly front desk team will greet you, review your completed intake form, verify your insurance card(s) if applicable, and confirm your current medications and any relevant health records.
If you haven’t completed the forms in advance, you can fill them out on your phone or use our tablet at check-in.
Consultation & Health History
During your first family care appointment, your provider will listen to your health concerns, review your medical and family history, and talk through your wellness goals. This is your opportunity to ask questions and share what matters most to you.
Exam & Testing

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Evaluation
Your licensed acupuncturist may assess your pulse, examine your tongue, and gently evaluate areas of discomfort, if necessary. These TCM methods allow us to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
First Treatment
Most patients receive acupuncture treatment during their first visit. Ultra-fine, sterile needles are gently placed at specific points on the body.
